These general terms apply when you use this website or enquire about an Umrah journey with MEEM Tour & Travels.
Last updated: 6 September 2026. Final booking, payment, cancellation and refund conditions must be confirmed in the package document shared with each traveller.
Website enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or guarantee a price, flight, hotel, visa or departure date. A booking is confirmed only after MEEM shares the final details, required payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
Prices and payments
Website prices are indicative. The final amount, payment schedule and applicable charges will be shared before booking. Travellers should review and accept the package details before making payment.
Traveller responsibilities
- Provide complete, accurate and valid information and documents on time.
- Check passport validity and all applicable visa, health and entry requirements.
- Follow airline, hotel, transport, group and local authority rules.
- Tell MEEM in advance about mobility, medical or other assistance needs.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The conditions for changes, cancellations and refunds can differ by package and supplier. The package-specific terms provided before payment will apply. Airline, hotel, visa and other third-party charges may be non-refundable where stated.
Third-party providers
MEEM coordinates services that may be delivered by airlines, hotels, transport providers and other independent suppliers. Each provider may apply its own conditions. MEEM will assist with reasonable coordination when disruptions occur but cannot control a third party’s operations.
Website use
Website content may not be copied, misused or represented as another business’s material. Users must not attempt to interfere with the website or submit unlawful, misleading or harmful information.
